When To Start?

   The saying goes the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second-best time is today.

We obviously can’t go into the past start so why not start now. Whatever your goal do something now to move you closer. Now is the magical time, it’s the only time we are sure we have. If you say you are waiting until Monday to start your diet, you are basically saying that I don’t really want this goal, so I am going to kick it down the road. It may be a Friday when you are reading this what better day to start a workout routine and a proper diet. By starting now no matter the day of the week, you are sending a message to your subconscious mind that you are serious and determined to achieve your desired outcome. Make a plan and pick one task big or small and get it done Now!

   Putting things off is procrastination and procrastinating will still from you the joys of success. Use fear to motivate you. Think about being on your deathbed and thinking about all the regrets of not chasing your dreams. I can’t believe that anyone who is dying ever regrets the dreams they chased. Also do not let the opinions of others stop you. Be very careful who you allow to influence you. Most people want you to be like them because that validates their lack of ambition. Going outside the norm scares others and they will try to bring you back down. Remember being like the masses means being broke, overweight and sick. So, start Now to differentiate yourself from others and begin achieving your goals. You will not regret it!
